The author has been involved with business computer services since before MS Windows and the mouse. His major Internet interest began with his construction of the first official website for the government of Belize in Central America (1995 - 1996).

He currently operates Medical Computer Services and is an ISP (Internet Service Provider) offering low cost dial up Internet across the U. S. as well as web design and hosting services.
